Occasions at Wedgefield understands the importance of cost when planning your ceremony and reception. We offer flexible pricing based upon your desires and the final headcount for your event.

We offer our all-inclusive “Classic Occasion” package which includes the Bridal Suite (2 hours’ use before the event!) Ceremony setup in Olivia’s Garden, the Reception setup in Caldwell Pavilion (complete with flowing fountain, our black and white dance floor and specialty décor), Catering (you choose the menu!), the Disc Jockey (you choose the music!) , Hurricane candle centerpieces for all guest tables and the services of our Event Coordinator for the entire event!, We provide all the tables, chairs and tablecloths for your guests as well as the vendors. Other amenities are included too as well as Set-up and Clean up! It’s up to you to provide the minister, florist and photographer!

We are flexible with our pricing and can modify this package to suit your needs!
